We are excited to announce that Blackfoot will be participating in the PCI Security Standards Council (PCI SSC) Community Meeting in the Netherlands on 15 October 2025. The PCI Community Meetings provide an invaluable opportunity for payment security professionals to connect, collaborate, and learn about the latest developments in payment security and the evolving PCI standards.

Our session will focus on the challenges of maintaining PCI DSS compliance between annual assessments. We will discuss and share practical tips and guidance to help stay on track year-round, reminding ourselves that classical approaches continue to yield strong benefits when combined with the latest technologies.

We will look at:

  • Understanding the challenges of maintaining PCI DSS compliance between assessments.
  • Discovering how shifting to a continuous compliance approach reduces stress and workload spikes.
  • Exploring practical strategies for integrating compliance into daily operations.
  • Learning how to avoid non-compliance by anticipating lapses and overcoming them proactively.
  • How Self-assessments and QSA assessments should be as equally rigorous.

We look forward to collaborating with other experts and contributing to the ongoing dialogue on improving payment security around the world.
