Always active. These keep the site secure and working, including spam protection on our contact form. They can’t be switched off.

Analytics
Set only if you accept. Google Analytics helps us understand which pages and services people find useful. Until you accept, Google Analytics runs in a restricted mode that stores nothing on your device and sends only aggregated, cookieless measurement. Microsoft Clarity records how pages are used (clicks, scrolling, and the page as it appeared) so we can find what is confusing or broken. It masks anything typed into a form, and it does not run at all until you accept.

Marketing
Set only if you accept. We use Apollo.io to recognise which organisations are visiting the site and which pages they read, so that our team can follow up with businesses that may be a fit for our services. Apollo matches the internet address you connect from to a company; it does not tell us who you are personally. Apollo’s entries are stored in your browser’s local storage rather than as cookies, but we ask for your consent in exactly the same way. We also use Google Ads to measure which of our ads lead to enquiries and to show our ads to people who have visited the site. Until you accept, Google Ads stores nothing on your device, can only count an enquiry without cookies, and does not add you to any list of visitors.
