They can be used separately or together. Consultancy provides the expert input, such as assessment, advice, assurance, and ongoing support. The Clarity Managed Platform provides the structure around it, including ownership, workflow, evidence, tracking, and reporting.
You can use either on its own or combine them as an ongoing managed service.
Do we have to use Blackfoot's GRC methodology?
No. The Clarity Managed Platform works with your existing GRC approach. We configure it around the frameworks, scoring methods, controls, and processes you already use, rather than forcing you into a fixed Blackfoot model.
Can we use the Clarity Managed Platform without an ongoing consultancy service?
Yes. If you have the internal capability to run the process yourself, we provide the platform, onboarding, and setup support, and leave the day-to-day operation to your team. If you need more help later, Blackfoot expertise can be added without changing the platform.
What can we manage in the platform?
The main areas we support are risk management, compliance management, and third-party risk management, but the platform can bring wider GRC activity into the same environment.
That can include controls and responsibilities, assessments, issues and incidents, projects and playbooks, custom registers, evidence and tasks, as well as a Trust Portal for sharing selected assurance information with customers and other stakeholders.
